Better Breathers Class
1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Location: Health Center Conference Room A
Instructor CMH Respiratory Therapist, Eddie Robinson leads a class in special exercises designed to help those with COPD to strengthen their breathing technique. She also incorporates informational topics into each class. Special guest speakers are also featured. Patients not only learn about their medications and oxygen use, but also how to better communicate with their doctors.
Better Breathers is a public service of CMH and is now held every other Tuesday afternoon, from 1 pm to 2 pm, in the Health Center. For more information on the program, contact Eddie Robinson, (231) 627-1458.
