Skate For A Cure
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: Cheboygan Ice Pavilion
The Cheboygan Chiefs High School Hockey team is hosting a "Skate For A Cure" event on Friday, February 3, 7:00 p.m. at the Cheboygan Ice Pavilion. A special acknowledgement is being planned for cancer survivors. Other fundraising opportunities include: lavendar ribbons for sale, a special version of chuck-a-puck, many unique donated raffle items and long-sleeve shirts for sale. All proceeds go to the CMH Oncology Clinic. The goal is to raise $6,000 to purchase three new infusion treatment chairs.
The Chiefs will be hosting Petoskey that night. Admission is $5 per person.
Shirts are a dark charcoal, long-sleeve with lavender print. Pre-apid orders are $15 each ($17 for XXL). Contact Deb Yost, (231) 625-2654.
