The Indian River Medical Center is offering FREE Sports Physicals for students planning to participate in their school's athletic programs during the 2008-09 school year. This screening is offered to 7th-12th grade students from Inland Lakes, Wolverine, Alanson-Littlefield and Burt Lake Northern Michigan Christian schools.
Boys Physicals will be Wednesday, May 28, 4pm-7pm.
Girls Physicals will be Thursday, May 29, 4pm-7pm.
*Please note: History portion of the MHSAA form must be completed and signed by parent or guardian, or else the physical will not be performed.
The Indian River Medical Center is located at 6135 Cressy Street, Indian River. Do not call for an appointment. Students will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. For more information, or registration forms, contact the school office.
