Cardiac Wellness Center Opens!
July, 2008
An open house was held July 16, 2008 to celebrate the opening of the new Cardiac Wellness Center, located on the third floor of the Cheboygan Memorial Health Center, 740 South Main Street, adjacent to the Hospital.
This beautifully decorated area provides a comfortable area for Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinical Services, combining exercise training and wellness education for those who have had heart attacks, arrythmias, or heart procedures such as: stents, bypass surgery or valve replacements.
The new Cardiac Wellness Center will also be able to offer more educational opportunities including a teaching kitchen for healthy cooking demonstrations.
Picture: Pattients can utilize exercise equipment while enjoying a great view of the Cheboygan River.
