CMH Scholarships

Applications Now Available

 

Each year, Cheboygan Memorial Hospital (CMH) offers scholarships for persons entering the health care field. Applicants must be a high school senior and apply to, and be accepted by, an accredited institution.

The intent of the CMH Scholarship Program is to assist those interested in pursuing a career in the health care field and promote the community as a potential workplace after completing their education.

If a person wishes to apply for this scholarship, he or she must complete an application form and return it to the CMH Scholarship Committee by March 16, 2009. Application forms are now available through the counselor’s office at area high schools, or from the CMH Administration Office, (231) 627-1205.

Awards will be made on the basis of scholastic achievement and written essays. The Scholarship Committee decides the amount of scholarships on an individual basis.
