CMH Addresses Billiing Concerns

Due to the complexity of our conversion to new information technology, some patient bills have been delayed in being sent out. In an effort to better accomodate our patients, we have billed insurance companies and patiently waited for responses. In some cases, we have sent claims more than once.

As a result, some of our patients may be receiving bills from office visits or procedures they had earlier this year or perhaps even from 2008. We apologize for any confusion this may create and are ready to help patients better understand their bill.
