Congratulations to Kyle & Sarah Johnston of Cheboygan, proud parents of the 2008 New Year's Baby at CMH! Liam James Johnston was born January 1, 2008 at 11:34pm, weighing 8 pounds, 14-1/4 ounces and 21-1/4 inches in length. He is the couple's first child.

Liam has deep roots in the Cheboygan area. His grandparents, Gary & Marsha Veihl and Jay & Nanette Johnston are from Cheboygan. His great-grandparents also live in the area. Woody & Arla Veihl reside in Tower, while Jim & Fay Johnston and Quincy & Joyce Leslie are all long-time Cheboygan residents.
