Payment
*Amounts due from the patient are expected to be paid at the time the service is provided unless other arrangements are agreed to prior to the appointment by Cheboygan Memorial Hospital. This includes co-insurance, deductibles, non-covered services and self-pay balances.
Arrangements for payment should be made with a Patient Accounts Representative before discharge, or procedure. If you anticipate difficulty concerning the financing of your visit, please contact the Patient Billing Office at (231) 627-1210, or(231) 627-1231 and talk to one of our representatives about your bill, insurance, etc.
CMH accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Professional Fees
Some physicians, such as Radiologists, Anesthesiologists, and Surgeons, practice independently of the Hospital. Fees charged for their services or consultations will be billed separately from the Hospital charges. In most cases, insurance companies will apply your coverage towards the professional fees.
