Rehabilitation Services
At Cheboygan Memorial Hospital (CMH) the long-term well being of every patient is our top priority. We provide outpatient and inpatient speech, occupational and physical therapy services for all ages. Our highly skilled, licensed therapists are committed to creating a customized treatment program for each patient that will address the immediate rehabilitation needs while helping the patient on the path to previous/new levels of function. We listen to patient concerns and provide a comfortable, caring environment for setting goals, restoring health and movement, and establishing a life-long plan for wellness. Services provided include:
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Therapy
- Sports Medicine/Athletic Training
- Orthopedic Manual Therapy
- Lymphedema Therapy Management
- Pediatric Therapy
- Vestibular Therapy
- Wound care
Services can be provided from the same therapy group in many settings which include: outpatient clinic services, inpatient hospital care, long term care with acute rehab, home therapy through Vital Care, and school based therapy for disabled children. CMH Therapy serves all populations and ages.
Physical Therapy Hours:
- Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: As needed Acute/Inpatient & ECU
Occupational Therapy
- Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Speech-Language Pathology
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The scheduled hours of operation shall meet scope of services and the resident’s/patient’s plan of care needs. Hours may be modified in response to changes in patient volume, complexity of care, and/or score of services.
